Sponsorship Options
The 2010 OK Kids Coffey County event will take place the weekend following Labor Day at the John Redmond Reservoir Riverside West campgrounds.
All of the OK Kids Coffey County activities, meals, and camping are free to event-goers. Camping is available beginning Friday night. Meals are be provided by the Emergency Service Group (EMS, Fire, and Law Enforcement) on Saturday and Sunday.
There have been many requests from Coffey County businesses as to how they can contribute to and/or sponsor the OK Kids Coffey County event. Options are listed below.

1. Sponsorship
Sponsorships for the 2010 event will begin in June 2010. At this time, the following sponsorship levels are planned for the 2010 event:
Top of the Mountain: $250.00
Sponsorship in the amount of or donated services/materials/supplies valued at $250.00 or more. Business name prominently displayed on flyers, website, newspaper ads, and shelter house signage. Business name on participant t-shirts, and event signage. Top of Mountain sponsors may provide a banner to be displayed at the event. Please contact Jennifer at 620-364-2002 regarding arrangements to have your banner displayed.
Mountain Climber: $100.00
Business name displayed on flyers, website, newspaper ads, and shelter house signage. Business name on participant t-shirts.
Hiker: $30.00
Business name displayed on flyers, website, newspaper ads, and shelter house signage.

2. Volunteer
Volunteer your time to serve at a meal, help with an activity, help set-up or tear-down Friday or Sunday.

3. Provide an Activity
Can you give a demonstration of an outdoor skill or activity? Can you work that into an activity for kids that fits into the overall Outdoor Kansas for Kids philosophy?

Top of the Mountain and Mounain Climber sponsorships received on or before August 21st will appear on the event t-shirts.

You will receive an invoice from the Coffey County Chamber of Commerce (an Event Partner) on behalf of OK Kids Coffey County. Please make your check payable to OK KIDS.
